Focus on Energy, through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act, is offering a new program that encourages every Wisconsin resident to replace old, inefficient appliances with new ENERGY STAR® qualified models. The State Energy-Efficient Appliance Rebate Program (SEEARP) began on January 1, 2010 for purchases made on or after the program start date (the program is not retroactive).
