For electrical problems such as a power outage, flickering lights, downed power lines, or other problems related to electric power service to your home or business, call the Two Rivers Water and Light office during normal business hours at (920) 793-5550. After hours or during holidays, please contact our After Hours Trouble Calls Operator at (920) 793-5555.
Water Department For problems with water service such as a broken water main, loss of water pressure, or questions about water quality, call the Two Rivers Water and Light office during normal business hours at (920) 793-5550. Outside of our normal business hours, or during holidays, please contact our After Hours Trouble Calls Operator at (920) 793-5555.
Diggers Hotline Two Rivers Water and Light would like to remind you that when you are planning projects that require any digging, there may be underground utilities that could be affected. The State of Wisconsin requires all underground utility providers to be members of Diggers Hotline. At least three days prior to digging, please call Diggers Hotline at (800) 242-8511. After Diggers Hotline notifies all of the local utilities of the locate requests, the area will be marked off with either paint and/or flags by each of the area utilities within a three day period.
