The Automatic Payment Plan will allow your utility payment to be automatically deducted from your checking account on the due date each month. There is no charge for this convenience.

To get started on the Automatic Payment Plan, you must fill out an Automatic Payment Plan Form which authorizes your bank or credit union to automatically deduct the amount of your municipal utility bill from your account each month.

This form can be picked up at the Customer Service Office located in City Hall 1717 East Park Street, Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 4:30. It will also be necessary to provide a void check with this form.
